Banana Oat Muffins



  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Grease muffin pan. (Makes 12 muffins.)

  3. In a large bowl, add butter, bananas, brown sugar and flour. Mix with hand mixer until combined.

  4. Add cinnamon, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.

  5. Using a wooden spoon, mix in the oats (and chocolate chips) until evenly combined.

  6. Distribute evenly into muffin pan. Bake for 15-17 minutes and enjoy!
